How do I download my CME transcript activity?

On every journal page there is a link in the upper right corner to Sign In to your account.

• Go to Individual Sign In
• Sign In to your account using your username and password
• Once signed in, your name will appear in the upper right hand corner of the page
• Click your name to open a menu with links to your JAMA Network account
• Click the link to JAMA Network Profile and you will be taken to the My Account page
• Click the CME / MOC Transcript link to display your transcript history
• You can also go directly to the My Account page from here
• You can download CME transcript activity by Year. Select a yearin the Year dropdown menu
• Click the Create PDF for Year button
• From the Print window, you can print the PDF of the selected year or download and save a PDF of the selected year
